RESERVE – aged 4 years in barrels
Grappa Moscato from Oltrepo Pavese, obtained from the distillation of pomaces in discontinuos copper stills in a water bath. The aging 4 at least four years in small barrels of Slavonian oak gives this grappa amber colour and a refined and pleasant floral scent of dried fruit, a scent of sage and coriander which continues with a lingering aftertaste.

GRAPPA 1956 - BARBERA AND DOLCETTO
RESERVE – aged 4 years in barrels
Grappa obtained by steam distillation in copper still with the discontinuos method of grape Barbera and Dolcetto from Piedmont. From his time in oak barrels takes the elegant amber colour and gives off a delicate and enveloping scent that suggests ripe fruit, cherry, chocolate and vanilla. With a rich flavour and enveloping, is well balanced with a pleasant finish.
